Clean Air Environmental worked with The RESOLUTE Building Company to successfully complete the interior renovation of NC State University Sullivan Residence Hall which is a 12 story building. The scope of work included removal of asbestos containing flooring tiles and mastic, asbestos containing ceiling texture, and anything else encountered during the renovation. The project has approx. 100,000/- square foot of abatement. It was apparent that Clean Air was comfortable with projects this size or larger.
Abatement was a critical path activity on this project. They maintained a strict project schedule while working ahead when possible. They were also very good at coordination with the environmental consultant as required for air testing. Thier scope of work went smoothly and I was glad we chose to work with them. I hope to work with them again on future projects.

Clean Air Environmental has just completed the demolition work on our project at Forsyth Tech Career/Admin Renovations for Triad Builders of King, Inc. This is a four story renovation consisting of approx 99,000 square feet of renovated area.
